WHY CREATE CHANGE?
Founded by Shannen O'Brien in 2008, the Create Change Foundation is a Canadian registered charity that works to promote female literacy and leadership in Ghana. They do this by running programs here in Canada that teach young women how to be leaders, then run similar programs on the ground in Ghana. The charity is run based on the idea of impact, not action: by transforming a single girl, you help improve the lives of everyone around her. All proceeds from this art sale are going to Create Change.
about us
Made up of a group of friends, UNITIFY is a team of youths that are passionate about creating social change. After everything that's happened over the past year, it became clear to us exactly how fortunate we are to live in Canada, and have access to things like education and health care. As the next generation, we believe that it's our responsibility to contribute to a better future for all, and plan on doing that through multiple initiatives, each one benefiting a cause that we personally connect with. Our guiding philosophy is that even the smallest actions can have the largest impact. Join us on our journey today, and together we can make a difference.
